Open Nexus Ultimate's Preferences -> Advanced tab -> Misc.Advanced button -> Enable 'Show full right click context menu...'

Nah. It doesn't work when I added JPEG files to Top Dock. (I am meaning menu when you click on Explorer.exe)

Works here. Please check that setting again - for a JPG file you will even get a thumbnail preview on the context menu.
