Make running application focused after clicking it's icon instead of opening new window/instance (should be optional and/or with applications that You exclude from the rule)

Ah, so most of details are up in the title but lets make a little effort here. It's most common that docks bring up apps that are already running (I remember rocket dock does that and OD as well). It's really annoying to click FF icon just to get new window open and then minimize (Single Window mode with Tab Mix) and disappear from focus.
